Selling used equipment

On Saturday around 15h30 i bought a tornado vacum cleaner in vaal mall hifi corporations and i travelled 140 kilos return from Fochville, when i got home the equipment was cracked, accessories were seem to be used, immediately i called the store manager and he told me i must bring back the machine and i asked him if his aware that for me to bring it back i need another patrol and he was so Havin an attitude as if it's my problem, on Sunday i went back and requested to see the manager and he just ordered the poor guy to exchange the machine and he was not willing to see me, i just took the exchange machine and travel back to Fochville. how do the sell such equipment and still have bad attitude towards me, i travelled 280 kilos which he doesn't consider..
