Refundable Deposit

Hi

i've stayed at no. 315 Valcun House in Anderson, one of the properties that belongs to Urban Task Force. i've stayed there for more than a year and a half, never have they had any issues with me with regards to payment or any other complaints. in the lease that i signed it showed that me deposit witll be paid back to me within 6 weeks after i move out, i moved out on the 28th of September, and till to date havent recieved any indication as to when my deposit will be given back to me. the day when i moved out the site inspector came around to check the condition of the flat and the flat was spotless, he even advised that i should be getting my deposit back even sooner seeing that the flat is in such a good condition. last month alone was a 5 week month, and i already found another place that i need to move into, but i cant do so because of my deposit that im waiting on from Urban Task Force. with each day that Urban Task Force is delaying with my payment the slimmer my chances are of getting the new place that i found, an that will mean i have to relook at other places again, it has already been a nightmare finding a decent, suitable and safe place for my family.
