U need to deliver what you promised

I had a call on the 20/06/2013 from foschini they sold me this air time contract which i agreed on and the guy explained to me what ever air time i had or sms i had will be taken and i explained to him my bis should be left alone he said nothing about me loosing my bis and when i called on the 28/06/2013 i spoke to Zola Mlambo she told me that she wont cancell this because i dnt want to listen to terms and condition i asked her to cancell the subscription she said no and iam loading my bis again today and i want this thing cancelled if my air time is taken you will have to buy it or my bis because your staff is very rude
