Account oayment

I have made a payment of R400 at Jet in Yeoville on the 13 May 2013 and that amount is not reflecting in my records, the store manager tried to assist me since it is showing on her side. I have sent emails and I don't get any assistance, now I receive messages that my account is overdue while the interest are also accumulating. the store manager " Nozipho" logged a query and the ref for that query is 31051395/go, I am scared that I will be black listed for something that is not my fault. please help me in this matter.
