My mom bought a KIC refrigerator from Game, December 2012. The refrigerator broke and we reported it, in the first week of April 2013, at the store where it was bought. The service agent for KIC (Domestic Appliances) came to the house to have a look, after only 5 minutes(???) he told us that the door of the refrigerator had to be replaced and that there was a gas leak somewhere inside, that needed to be fixed and that was the last we heard of them. On the 9th of May we went back to Game to find out what was going on, as we have not heard from them for a whole month. They told us that KIC was going to replace the refrigerator and that KIC would contact us to arrange the delivery. Today we went back to Game, because we have not received any calls from KIC regarding the replacement. We were there for about an hour and they could not get anyone from KIC to help us telephonically. I feel that we bought the fridge from Game and they have to replace it and sort it out with KIC, but now it is our problem. And if Game is not to blame, I feel that KIC can surely give better service, especially a better service agent.
