Smart Shopper cards cancelled without notice

My mom and I have been supporting PnP and gathering points on our three family cards (2 on my name and 1 on hers). Now it appears that two of those cards have been cancelled without notice to us. They claim a lost and found was lodged, but how can that be when we still have them?! The only administrative instruction we ever gave them was to add a Vitality number to one of the cards. At no time did any cashier at any PnP inform us that there might be an issue. Now thousands of rands worth of points (including a R1000 worth voucher won last weekend) are gone with no explanation... Attempts to get point statements has also fallen on deaf ears. We want our points back!
