Points used after filling lost and form

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Pick n' Pay and smart shopper card.
I've lost my smart shopper card that had 20065 points as of 25th of March 2013, upon realizing that I've lost my cards I phoned Customer Care on 0800 11 22 88 to find out the process when the card is lost and I was referred to the nearest Pick n' Pay to fill out lost and form so they could transfer the points from the old card to the new card.
I went to Lemon Tree PnP in Alberton, filled out the form and I was advised it will take 2 to 3 weeks. Few months later, I called customer care centre to find out if they received my form which they didn't and requested them to send me the form via e-mail to fill out and send it back to them, to no surprise it took 4 days and a follow up before receiving an e-mail.
Mxolisi Artwell Zwane managed to transfer 1200 points and I told him I had 20065 what happened to the rest of the points? Apparently someone or PnP staff member cashed out or redeemed the points.
