My 75 year old granny bought a sleeper couch, double bed and a single bed in November 2012. Since then the sleep couch broke thrice. The second time they had the thing for a month at their workshop. During this time she went to the shop after she was asked telephonically if she was interested in something else but when they arrived at the shop the staff clearly ignored them point blank and my granny left. They show no interest in their customers. My Gran received it the 20th of June and it broke again for the 3rd time, 23 June. After numerous calls to the manager and the merchant manager nothing is still being done. I spoke to the store manager on Monday, 24 June to report this matter and told him that the service is pathetic and to confront him about not showing any interests in his clients and to think that my gran has to follow-up on this matter the whole time, makes me more angry. He promised her numerous times that he will follow-up. After the couch broke the 2nd time my gran told the store manager that she don't want it or that he should take from her account that is being paid every month faithfully. Bottom line is she don't want the thing!
