Pathetic!

6 months ago, I logged an complain on Hello Peter about a sleeper couch that broke twice. They fixed it the first time and broke a a day later. They had the sleeper couch for 2 months, when I logged the complain in June on behalf of my grand mother, I was promised that it will be sorted as soon as my gran go in sort out the paperwork. 6 months later, nothing has happened. I spoke to the regional manager on thursday and she promised me the delivery would take place today. The issue I have is that my gran has to phone them to find out what is happening. Most occasions they promise to call her back but never do. Yet every month the installments gets paid for the last 13 months but without having the goods. This is poor workmanship, pathetic service delivery. I wouldn't recommend anyone to support joshua doore at all!!
