Cellphone Contract

Hi, I had a call from one of your consultants who told about one of your cell phone contracts which he explained to me that it can work as a morderm for my laptop that I bought from your company. He told me that I can just see if I want this phone and I have this month to decide because if I want it they will start debiting from the month end of July, now when I phone in to say I'm not interested only now I'm told about the 14days to return this and I can't cencel now. My argument is I DO NOT WANT THIS CONTRACT.
