Not really happy with the service

Game Jabulani Mall always give me bad service but it seems like i never learn as i tend to go there over and over again. Yesterday 26/06 their weekly sale started and I went to get some few groceries. Number one they have the big slab of Cardbury chocolate on sale but there was nothing on the shelves, I fail to understand as the sale only started yesterday. No2 And the have the Knorr Mates (on the catalogue it is printed as MATIES ASSORTED R17.90) as far as i understand assorted means all the range of the maties as normally if something is excluded from that special they normally specify. But i got there and when i went to pay to my surprise the Tuna Mate is R21.99. The cashier called her Supervisor (Maureen), we all looked at the catalogue and she told me that looking at the Grams of the products the lasagne mate (313g) is the one on special and the Tune (200 something grams) is not. I asked them then why do the advert say ASSORTED and she couldn't ask me. One thing I want to know is, when they have a special dont they inform their people on the things on special because now looking at this situation (between me and Maureen someone looked like a fool) because of not understanding
