Debiting my account after I canceled the contract

On the 4th of July 2013 I applied for a Nokia 520 Lumia contract for R149.00. and I was assisted by Alicia Pillay who was very professional I must say. on the 5th of July I received my package then on the 6th my sim was Rica'd upon checking the phone I realized that it didnt meet my expectations as I couldn't do certain things with it, sunday the 7th I took it to MTN shop at Maponya mall to return it as I had my 14days window period and I was told that because it was an on-line application I needed to call 083 123 3667 to cancel my contract of which I did Monday morning - I then again requested to speak to Alicia Pillay and I was told that they will send her a message to call me back which she did and I cancelled my contract with her- she made arrangements to send a courier guy to collect the phone from my work place which they did on the 10th of July. Yesterday MTN debited my account with R175.66 after they have received their phone and cancelled my contract with them. I want this sorted out or the nest step will be to ICASA.
