Incorrect cellphone contract

I took out 2 cellphone contracts for my children on the same day. They only had 1 of those specific phones in stock and needed to order another one. When the phone arrived more than a week later, then only they done that contract which was already in another month and therefore the special was already over. 1 of the children now receive monthly data bundles together with their top up airtime and the other one not, although I took out both contracts on the same day. It was not my mistake that they didn't have stock. Every month I am phoning about this and every month they promise me to sort it out. This is now the 4th month and it was only sorted out in July for that 1 month only.

The consultants are very rude. Very arrogant and the one guy even asked me what do I think he must do?

I mean, I am the customer and it was not my mistake that they didn't have stock in the first place.

This is not major contracts, but it is the first for my 2 children and I want to be treated the same as a million dollar contract holder.

Please help me to sort this out as I am really NOT happy with these young gentleman who doesn't know anything about customer service.
