No response from customer service!

Hi can someone please contact me back I urgently need some assistance and have had no luck with submitting emails to your customer service via your (checkers) website! I was initially in touch about the lack of stock of ninja turtle figurines at you Plumstead branch I mean come on for more than a month and before Christmas minimal stock-not on! in keeping with current trends your buyers and stores should both monitor which stocks gets purchased most and how fast and keep those stocks up!! Now to my problem! I went to purchase a ninja turtle 3 wheel scooter at the blue route branch only to find the box had been opened certain items had been removed and after asking the assistant, was assured all connections/fittings were present. I decided to check -they weren't! This was the last one but he was going to let me buy it anyway missing parts and all - not cool!! Now I am desperately searching for one that is sealed and need assistance from customer service to track on down and advise! Please kindly contact me as I CANNOT phone all your stores in CT to try track one down! And if new stock will be arriving at the stores then I need to please be told and when - meany thanks!
