Good after sales service

I bought an Aquaflosser from Dis-Chem's Claremont branch in December 2011. It worked better than I would ever have imagined. I was really upset therefore when the charger broke off at the moulded plug that fits into the Aquaflosser. Arnold at Dis Chem Blue Route Mall in Tokai, supplied me with a new charger which he had spare, at no cost to myself. This is after sales service of a high order which I really appreciate.
