Unprofessional service! Liars!

I recently found this business on the net. They promise a stamp to be delivered within 48 hrs after placement of an order online. They had numerous positive customer testimonials on their site (where are the negative feedback, are these true or made up?). Anyway, I placed my order. I got an email to say I will get an sms when my order is dispatched. I got the sms on Tuesday afternoon, with my tracking number. Then on Wednesday afternoon I got an email from Charlene. She quoted my tracking number and told me to go collect at the Post Office. I took an hour off work on Thursday and went to the Post Office. The Post Office guy said my parcel was still in Durban!! Anyway, I emailed Charlene and told her that the stamp had not arrived, as she had stated in her email. I was so shocked with her response to me: "You must be patient with the Post Office system... If you wanted it urgently you should have given us a home address and not a post office". I was shocked!! She told me to collect it!! On going to the site again I notice that there is no way to lodge a complaint! We can only "like" them on Facebook. I emailed there customer care, with no response to date. They are liars!
