Huggies nappies

Hi!
I recently contacted huggies about the problems I was having with their nappies, they were very helpful but told me they cannot assist me much because the nappies I bought from spar were imported and I need to contact spar for help, I have emailed the spar I bought it from and have seen that my emails have been read! I have emailed 4 times so far and still no reply!

Hi, my baby is now 6months old and since birth I have used huggies on him until I started having problems with the nappies, they would tear on the sides and the grips would come off while tryin to close up, so I switched over to another brand for a short while, I now decided to try out huggies again because I really like your products but I'm having problems yet again, the side grips are tearing off before I even put the nappie on, the nappie leaks after just 2hours, when I change my baby I find that his bottom is still wet with urine, meaning it hasn't absorbed properly, I really like huggies but now there are endless problems, I wouldn't want to change to another brand but do you intend on making any improvements I would appreciate if someone could get back to me on this!
