Poor Feedback / Service regarding Non Delivery

A delivery was to be made to me yesterday (4th December) as per a confirmation e-mail. Nothing received!! I'm annoyed as I waited the entire day (at home) for nothing, a total waste of time. I contacted [URL Removed] at 16h30 on 4th December only to be told by the consultant (Nikita) that she would have to follow up with the courier and then proceeds to tell me that turn around time is between 24 to 48 hours!!!

I contacted the call centre this morning and still have no joy. I have another order which is to be delivered sometime around 20th December. Will this happen?!! These are Christmas presents.

Perhaps I should have checked out the reports on Hellopeter.com prior to placing my order with [URL Removed] and would have decided not to do business with them. The complaints are all the same.

You have my money, I don't have my order.
