Order shipped incomplete, incorrect

My order of a lighting kit shipped incomplete so they phoned me (5 April) to let me know that the carry case and boom arm would be shipped in a separate shipment. that was no problem to me, except that it took many follow up phonecalls to get it done in the end, and nearly 3 months later (25 June). After all that, when the carry case arrived, it is too short to fit the stands in. I phoned to find out and was told that that kits stands don't go in the case even although it has a place for stands - a long enough case would make the price higher. I can't accept this, it's just not logical to have a case that does not fit what it is supposed to carry. If it means paying in more to get a case that fits i'll be happy to do it. But after being left waiting for so long my patience has run out.
