Case of

Short version... I bought a Blackberry from a friend in Durban to help his family out financially. The phone was shipped to me by Mr Bauer, the phone was his wife upgrade phone. I paid R6200 for the Z10, was used already. Mrs Bauer reported the phone & blacklisted it! I had all the receipts to prove payment into her account, the waybill when the phone was shipped up to me of which i paid, a report from Vodacom with the IMEI number plus the ITC ref number, an affidavit reporting a case of, all of which was signed by commissioner of oath. Vodacom says i need to get a copy of her contract to unlock the phone as they cannot access her info without permission!!! I said to them that they are allowing people to buy contract phones, report them then claiming insurance. They didn't deny it. Mrs Bauer has committed & with all of my evidence they cannot help me!!! She obviously is not going to give me a copy of her contract. I, as the innocent person have to accept that they won't help me, instead they r supporting the guilty party. I have been their client for 20 years. I now have to open up a case with Interpol!!! Who is gonna reimburse me???
