Card debited but order not shipped - no feedback

I ordered an OtterBox Samsung Galaxy S III Defender Case (Glacier) on 4 August 2013. Despite the website indicating that there are 100 in stock my order has not been shipped yet although my credit card has been debited.

I phoned the call centre on 6 August 2013 and was told my order would ship in 24 hours.By 8 August 2013 I phoned again as it still had not shipped and was told by Richard that he would find out what is going on and provide me feedback via email, which did not happen.

Either ship my order or refund me!!
