Excellent customer service and attitude

I went into Mr Price in Mafikeng at The Mafikeng Mall to buy a T-shirt. It was very busy in the store on the day with very long queues and Refilwe was busy packing some stuff... lots of it. As I was struggling to get the correct size, she offered to help and even went on to pack back those T shirts that I was working through. On paying for the T shirt I noticed that it was a bit crumbled so I jokingly told her and guess what, she opeted to steam iron it for me which I gladly accepted. I am so grateful of her customer service which she carried out with a smile all the time despite her other hectic commitments.
