Terrible Customer service from Managment and staff

I purchased a white shirt from Markhams last week as a gift for a family friend. Before I could wrap the gift, I noticed there was black marks on the shirt. I decided to return the shirt today and get another one as i have to present the gift tomorrow. I was firstly assisted by Zanele Gogo who took the shirt. She then said it was fine and that I exchange the shirt for another one. Upon further inspection, i noticed most of the shirts had black marks on them. I then told Zanele about this. Her reply was that they are white shirts and it is expected of them to be dirty which I find rediculous since the shirt is new. She then stated that I should wash the shirt then it will be fine. I responded to her that how can i give someone a gift like that. I then told her that it is fine I will take another color shirt which she stated was fine. The system then needed an overwrite from a manager. Molapo came to assist to do the exchange. He then questioned me as if I had made the marks on the shirt and still asked me if I had worn the shirt which I responded no to as it was a gift. I then told him to check the other shirts. He was very rude and portayed this behavior in front of other staff-bad
