Still waiting???

It is now more than 6 months that I am waiting for your payment. Don't you feel just a bit bad about your service? I think it is a shame. Please. there is no reason why you don't have to pay the money. How long does it take to listen to a recording. 1 year??? I am sure you wont wait for payments on my account.
Why must I wait for your payments on the funeral plan??? I am one of your customers that always pay my account. Charlotte Kubannek
