Splendid Customer Service!

I had the most awesome service from a gentleman by the name of Sbu (Johannes) Khulu on Saturday 23/11/2013. I needed a shirt size which was clearly not available on display from the shelves and Sbu despite being swamped communicated that he will be of service immediately when he was done with his customer. i had a dinner function to attend to so time was definitely on my side. Sbu was patient with me and offered to go and have a look in the storage for the shirt size i wanted. Within a flash, he was back clutching my shirt which i went on to pay for. As i had lost a tremendous amount of time earlier in the mall, i went on to ask Sbu to steam iron the wrinkled shirt for me to which he responded with a smile and body language detailing how he was in his stride providing a complete service. It may seem like what your job job responsibility entails but the way you carry yourself and show willingness in delivering just left me awe stricken to think that one can still get a service like this from a young man like you. You trully are a gift to your employer and wonderfully gifted lad. Working with people is really your charm and it seems to come naturally to you. Happy Zimbabwean custome
