Proshop woodmead, 19 May I took a driver and 3 wood for the shafts to be replaced, I requested the shaft be replaced with the same burner shafts (stiff), I was told that there was no stock but they would be receiving stock in that week. I left the clubs there as I was not in a rush. I called the repair centre in that week to confirm that they would replace the shafts with a stiff shaft and to only do the 3 wood, not the driver and was assured that they would. I then received a call Thursday 10 June to say that they will not be receiving the burner shaft and they would replace it with a rocketballz shaft which I agreed to. They said that the club would be ready that afternoon. I arrived at the store today one week later only to find that the shaft has not been replaced as yet. They then quickly replaced the shaft only to find that it had been replaced with a regular. What frustrates me is that I called to double check that the details they took down were correct and why on earth would they call me to say that the club would be ready and it's not?
