I went to Edgars and bought a gift for a friend, I went over to the gift wrapping counter and there was not a single person to help me. Mpho walked in while helping another client, I explained her what I needed, she helped me efficiently and even helped me source an item from another store, she really did well with the situation because it could have turned really nasty. She deserves to be rewarded.
