90 minutes of absolute bad service

Dear Multiserv

The service which i receive at your kuilsriver branch on the 22 July 2013 was a nothing else than a disater. When i arrived there i notice that the place was untidy and. When i gave the slip (to collect two pairs of shoes) to the sales person he could only found the one pair. For the next 90 minutes he looked every where. While standing there another customer came in and complaint about another problem. It was about shoes he was waiting for two weeks already and every the salesperson just had another excuse. He looked and looked for the shoes. While looking for the shoes he decided to clean and wipe out the place. While standing there another friend of him came in there and they had a conversation for about 15 minutes until i interupped them and said i am still waiting for the other pair of shoes. I decided to go to the bank because i had a appointment with a bank consultant. However i missed my appointment. I returned to the branch where the waiting continue. He eventually found the shoes with a bad attitude. My receipt number is 3530234. I even tried to ph the owner at 083 440 2413 but only got voice mails. Please get rid of the sales person.
