Woolworths
Disabled not catered for

Shops, Products, Services

Over the last couple of weeks since my mother law is now using a electric scooter to get around the shops in I have noticed how little is actually done to accommodate disabled people, Woolworths really need to look at the aisle were people queue to go through a check out, there is no way a person in a wheel chair can get down most of them and then once you have gone out the front door and come back to the till point it is so narrow between the till points that my mother in law will end up bashing into some one or their trolley, stores that I experience this at are Eastgate plus most of the food stores around the East Rand. I will not touch on the change rooms at the Eastgate store as we were told that my mother in law should leave her scooter outside the change room and walk in as it was not big enough to allow her in with the scooter and no one knew if they had a disabled change room. Is this really the best Woolworths can do?
