Mr hlatshwayo called around May 2012 advertising their services to me and in our conversation I did agree to everything and I said he must send me an email with everything he did and I responded to the email by saying I will get back to him as soon as possible after I have spoken to other members. In June they billed me R250 and I complained and they said I should send them a letter confirming that I did not agree to their services. I did and they cancelled the contract. In November/December 2012 they debited out account again and they are refusing to cancel the contract even though in July they said I should write a letter of cancellation.
