Hi, I've bought a SleepO'peadic bed at the Bed shop, within 2 months, the mattress sagged in the middle, I've exchanged it with a new one (2011). The same thing happened, within 2 months. Thereafter it was exchanged (Sept 2012) once more with a more expensive mattress that was on special, this 1 is worse than the first 2. Unfortuanately, the service was excellent, JP, the sales consultant was very helpfull every time, but it does not make up for the poor quality product. Can I ask for a refund to buy another mattress at another place? Thank you, Susan.
