I called the call centre last year May 2012 to report that my lounge suite that I purchased at the end of March 2012 was damaged. The agent I spoke to gave me a referance number and said that they will arrange for collection and have it repaired/replaced depending on the problem. I continued to call every month and was told it is beoing sorted out. I finally got my lounge suite collected 3 weeks before December 2012 shut down. But when I enquired on the 21st of December 2012 where my lounge suit was I was told that it is still waiting to be collected by the supplier and that it is at the local branch. They then delivered my damaged lounge suite back to me and said they will collect it when the factory opens in January 2013. This never happened. With endless calls to the branch where I purchased it, I finally got a glimmer of hope and was told that a company will call me to arrange collection. That was in March 2013. The company phoned me told me they will be collecting that Friday. So Friday came and I stayed at home the whole day just to make sure I don't miss them. They never came. With endless calls to the branch I am still having no luck. It is now June 2013 and stil no joy.
