Wetherleys do not respond to queries/change story

On 2 May i ordered a Couch, wingback, 4 chairs, bookcase, 2 headboards, pd dep R14, 000. Called next day, Zaake confirmed all in order, 4 wks deliv as supplier didn't come with prob. Recd SMS frm Candice -she handling order. On 3/6 I call Candice-Zaake frm store calls to say only starting on 3/6 wd order
I askd for Managr John, he say goods r ready, couch ready on 17June but supp cant answer on head boards, will call me back. Didnt hear frm him, I called Call Centre 5June, 9am (Ref 182762, Lesego), she shocked @situation, sent sms to say they will call me back asap.
Didnt hear 3 days, so i called back on 7th. Ricardo called store and John promised to call, never heard again. 10 Jun Zaake called to say working urgently on my stuff, all ready except for couch.
Didnt hear of delivery on 18th, I call Call Cen today, Zaake from store sends email to say "Im sorry for bad service I gave you, COUCH ready, other stuff will be ready on 12 july"

THIS IS CRAZY. Both John & Zaake said all ready except for couch! Today, couch only ready. I have a dinner on 22nd as I ordered on 2May, was promised 18th. Wetherleys must deliver whats ready now or money back. STILL cant say what item not ready!!!
