Non functioning GPS watch

I took my sports watch to Nike Rosebank to report that the watch is not working. It had stopped working a few months after purchase. After 21 odd emails and a couple of phone calls, i was told that they could not help as the watch is a year old. I reported the watch as problematic before it was a year old but that did not matter. I was offered a discount on another purchase which I found problematic. I asked what was wrong with my watch I was told it is wear and tear meaning that the watch can only last less than a year after paying US$169.00 I suppose it was supposed to be labelled disposable.

Why it took so long to come to the conclusion that its wear and tear i have no idea, I actually refused to go to thier shop a second time do start the process again when a different person was dealing with the matter. I feel I was short changed and the way the complaint was handled left a lot to be desired. All I know is I would never advise anybody to buy one of these reap offs
