Comfort bra complaint

I purchased the comfort bra which was on special buy the package of 2 and get 1 free. When i opened the package the free bra which was marked as the same size as the others but was way bigger i then phoned Homemark who advised i can come and exchange the bra. Then it was discovered from the packages we opened that all the free bra's were bigger then the others, i was also informed that I'm not the 1st to complain but yet they still selling the special to customers. I has to drive up and down between Promenade and N1 City and still didnt get the correct size. The girl then phoned Homemark and spoke to their regional manager who then asked, why am i complaining of a free product. Is it not my right as a customer to complain isnt this contradicting the CPA law. The product wasnt free it was a special. Im really disgusted in Enrico's comment. We the customers who purchase your products pay your salary without us there would be no Homemark or fancy job for you. Start to show appreciation and respect towards your customers.
