Dishonest free gift competition

Just got an sms that I won an mp3 transmitter from Homemark (not sure how as I never entered anything). Anyhow, upon enquiring about it, I was told it is worth R299 but I'm getting it for free, and that I would only need to pay R124 for delivery! I said I'd think about it (R124 for delivery is very expensive!). Upon looking through the Homemark website, I see that they are selling the mp3 transmitter for R99.95!!! and if I ordered it via their website, it would cost me R55 for delivery!!! total of R154.95.
So the so-called free gift is not really free, and they are being dishonest about the delivery fee!!!
