We purchased a TV at JD Retreat last month sometime but cancelled the deal due to delivery of service. We waited 2 weeks for them to deliver the TV but every time they give a different delivery date. To my surprise we received a call advising we owe R6566.96 when my wife personally went into the branch to cancel the deal. I called their financial services and they advise the account is active (0006365290220882370) and I need to go back to the branch or contact heir Head Office. Why the should I do the running around when your guys at the Retreat branch up? I need a letter stating that the account has been cancelled within 24 hours after receiving this complaint. Will never do business with you can't trust the Uncle in the furniture business.
