No delivery

I have been waiting for a delivery for a week now and when I call the branch to make a follow up, they speak to me and tell me the delivery man is on his way but no delivery man turns up. I have just asked them today to cancel the deal and its just their word that they will cancel. My head is spinning with disappointment. What happened to customer service? They didn't even want to take my calls and saw me as a nuisance.
