We have bought a 3pce black recliner set from Joshua Doore in December on delivery we told them the lounge suite is damaged. it has got holes in the side of the lounge suite its skew and we have told them from the start please do not deliver the suite which is on the floor. I have spoken with the branch manager she promised me she would make a plan that was on the 29th of Jan no phone call and nothing is happening I went and see them on Monday the 3rd of February again to my surprise the suite according to them is now in store but till date no delivery. And to crown the whole episode I had to walk out of the store with no indication that there is wet paint on the door panel you can't smell even that had to walk right in it I am very disappointed with them. Please help me with this problem or we will cancel our deal and go somewhere else.
