MY PROBLEM WASN'T SOLVED AFTER TAKING LONGER

I could not log into my online account. All I did was requset from custmer care to assist in the matter bacause I tried everything to retrive my password and the stupid websites was not very helpful either. After three days I wrote back to find out exaclty why nobody came back to me, the following day I got communication via email that they are working on it. Afterwards it was still the same problem.
