2 weeks ago a consultant called offering me an account. i declined and she said she can go through nthe motions for me to just find out what i qualified for. i had free time so i said why not. we went through the motions and the next thing a week later i received a text message congratulating me on my new account! i flipped like, went to Greenstone branch and they checked with my ID and said i did not have an account with them. so why am i being congratulated on a new account??? i dont want to wake up a year later and find i am blackilsted for an account i did not ask for and i do not kn ow about! i now want a written confirmation from TFG H/O stating that i do not have an account with them! someone better come back to me or i go to the National Credit Regulator! this is marketing!
