I was asked to FICA my edgars account which was done at the Greenstone Branch last year. This year I was trying to use my account when I was told that my account was blocked due to my FICA not being correct. I then went back to the store to find my documents at the store as they clearly could not read the documents stating that certain information was not on the document which it clearly was. They promised to sort this out, yet I now get an SMS today saying my account is blocked. This is unacceptable client service and I must now run around to try get this sorted out when their staff are incompetent. Once my account is settled I will be closing my account.
