Bad service from Stern

I bought a 9900 mtn phone from Matrix in Pavilion around the 22 of December 2012, I was only told about the 1 year warranty which will change to 6 months if I change the network. The phone was hardly a month old one button fell off, I took it back to Sterns.it was sent for repairs later on somebody from mtn called and told me that I need to pay about 2800 for them to repair the phone because the warranty does not cover the phone accessories, this is a total rip off*angry*how is that possible I only had a phone for less than a month. I am sick and tired of all this, I want Matrix/Sterns to keep their phone and give me back my money, because I'm now paying for the phone that I don't even use.it's all most 2 months I don't have a phone but I still have to pay for it. I demand that Strerns/Matrix to pay mtn for them to fix my phone, I bought the phone from Matrix not mtn so they they must sort this out with mtn and the service I'm getting is pathetic
