Worst service eve

Good evening,

I went to Matrix during this week to buy a new gaming PC. With this I mean that I was about to drop an easy R15, 000 just on the box. What completely ruined the experience, and in the end the whole sale, was the complete lack of customer care all because the bloke that came up to me and asked if I needed help started chirping me about my choices, and was so unhelpful and downright rude that I decided there and then never to support Matrix again.

The attitude from the whole staff was that of them feeling they are doing ME a favor in simply acknowledging my presence, not even to mention actually assisting in the sale. I come from a sales background, and the old saying that goes "When the customer is king, the till will ring" simply does not apply at that store.

I know IT has the stigma of being dis-involved socially, but this is totally unacceptable in running a business. ANY business.

Personal opinion? Never support Matrix Warehouse in Centurion Mall.
