Price on the item not the same as at the till

I went to spar on friday 14/06/13 at about 5:30pm i saw this bag of oranges for R14.99 well i took the bag when i got to the till no, the oranges are now R20.00 i told the cashier that they put R14.99 and that is exactly what im paying she insisted on the R20.00 but i paid R14.99 after an argument and i pointed out to her that they advertse spacials on things that they always never have and they blame it on the suppliers.
