Dischem hair by jeauval! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Yesterday upon making a booking for myself I was told I could not straighten my hair as it is too long and would take time. Regardless, a hair cut would be good enough. On the day of my appointment, an hour before my hair cut I get told my appointment is cancelled because the lady is not in. Whom had not been in for a week . why book an appointment with her then?? i do not know! When phoning dischem hair head office I was told 'what would u like me to do ' ... Never mind a can we reschedule for u or we will make a plan. None of that. My first experience and last one at that. Absolutely disgusted!
