Intimited by mean lawyers, yet i paid twice

Hi I am client fro morkels furniture stores. yesterday i received a call from the Lizel Potgieter Attorneys which wanted to speak to my HR department regarding my account with morkels which was given to them for collection. first of all, i payed R2700 last month, where as my monthly installment is R1200, secondly the agreement i signed states that i have up until the 7th of every month to make a payment. now, yesterday was the 26th, my account is handed over to the lawyers, i suspect that the money i paid last month was not recorded in the statement, hence handing over my accounts to the lawyers. I demand that my account be removed from those lawyers, because i have made payments and i still up till the 7th April to pay my monthly installments. morkels is ruining my name, sabotaging my employment by calling HR all the time. I demand justice, otherwise I'm gonna go to consumer rights ombudsman and DTI and lay a formal complaint against morkels. they people, and intimidate people with their lawyers. if i hear my HR or anyone from my company say that they called me, i will not be intimidated and bullied. I'm so angry at morkels, they are that bully unsuspecting clients
