Extra fees not agreed to

I am deeply disturbed by the fact that I am being charged a hospital cash back fee when I have never agreed to have one. I have lost so much money on this account and I am not pleased with the service I am receiving from this company. I am going to close my account today and I will never open another account with EDCON.
