Is being almost 2 months waiting for my TV

Hello,
my name is mamose Prudence Makweng, on 22 December 2012, i bougth HD JVC PLASMA, for R8000.00 Cash at OK Furnisher Mamelodi Crossing (012 8129900). and on 01 May 2013 that TV just Stop WOrking i take it back to the OK on 02May 2013, uptoday i didn't Receive my TV. and When I call sales person by the name of Peter TLadi, he told me he is not Technican and i must speak to his Manager, i called his Manager and she said she will call me back, she never did, until today. pleas help me to get My money back or another Tv cause my children are streesed as thery don't have TV.
