Ad service all the time

Everytime I go to shoprite their teller have a bad attitude, they are four in 1 till chatting, they don't greet, you greet them there is no respond, you Que with a trolley full of stuff they don't bored to tell you they don't take cards on that on that till they simply show you another till to Que again.if you threaten to call their head office they just laugh and say he just want to show us his blackberry. NB serious customer service is needed.
